As global regulations continue to evolve, becoming more complex, organizations face rising pressure to build more resilient, transparent, and accountable data and AI practices. From the EU AI Act, CSRD, and DORA to CPRA, today’s compliance landscape reaches across borders and industries—demanding that companies not only safeguard sensitive data but also govern the full AI life cycle. This means ensuring high-quality, trusted data that is traceable, explainable, and responsibly used, whether for analytics or generative AI.
Join TDWI VP of research and thought leader Fern Halper and experts from Informatica as they explore how organizations can navigate today’s compliance requirements while strengthening their data governance and AI oversight. The session will highlight practical steps for addressing new regulatory expectations, improving data quality, managing metadata and lineage, and implementing end-to-end governance for both data and AI. Topics include:
- An overview of recent regulations and the impact of data management for compliance
- Seven considerations for building trusted data and AI governance
- Embedding responsible governance practices into data and AI initiatives
