Migrating to the cloud is a dominant trend as organizations digitally transform business-critical applications. However, most organizations still need to deal with today’s reality: hybrid cloud environments where important data assets are both on premises and in the cloud.
Join this TDWI webinar for an interactive panel discussion on how to manage application requirements in a hybrid cloud data warehouse environment and make the ultimate migration to the cloud seamless for users and applications. Our expert panel features PredictX, an information technology and services provider delivering big data, machine learning, and decision automation services. Andrew White, EVP at PredictX, will describe how the PredictX team overcame hybrid cloud data challenges to enable clients to reduce costs and improve governance for employee-generated spending (EGS).
Topics panelists and presenters will discuss include:
- Modernizing the data warehouse for the cloud
- Experiences in deploying a high-performance cloud data warehouse on Google Cloud Platform
- Dealing with master data fragmentation; managing workflows across on-premises and cloud-native systems
- Optimizing data pipelines and connectivity to hundreds, if not thousands, of data sources
