Presentation: A Better Architecture for Data: Adaptable, Scalable, and Smart
Paul Boal – Vice President of Delivery, Amitech Solutions
Adam Doyle - Senior Information Architect and Big Data Competency Lead – Dougherty Business Solutions

Business expectations are becoming more complex and demanding greater insight from a greater diversity of information sources, and these expectations are changing at an increasing rate.  Traditional data architectures that take months to build and modify can't satisfy these needs, so our technical capabilities have had to advance over the past decade.  To build a better architecture for data, you'll need an approach that is adaptable, platforms that are scalable, and technologies that can do smart things.  Paul Boal and Adam Doyle will share their insights into how these three key characteristics show up in a modern data architecture, examples in action, the tools that can help you be successful, and actions that you take to incrementally improve your data architecture.
