Bios of Presenter
Len Silverston is a keynote presenter throughout the world, a best-selling author, consultant, and lecturer in the field of information management and organizational change management. He is a thought leader in the fields of data modeling, data management and in the human dynamics of integrating information and has pioneered new approaches to effectively tackle enterprise information management. For example, he invented “Universal Data Models®” and has successfully transformed organizations worldwide using these reusable models. Many of these models and approaches are described in his ‘The Data Model Resource Book’ series (Volumes 1, 2, and 3) which describes over 230 reusable, holistic data models. Silverston has published numerous articles sharing his insights about reusable models and how to integrate information, systems and people. He is the winner of the prestigious DAMA (Data Administration Management Association) International Professional Achievement Award and the DAMA International Community Award. Len Silverston is the Founder and President of his company Universal Data Models, LLC.
