Finding, vetting, hiring, developing and retaining top technical talent is probably the most challenging dilemma facing organizations trying to manage data. Assembling the right team is certainly a more critical success factor than which DBMS or BI tool we select.
In this panel discussion, our panelists will share their experience and strategies for the challenge of staffing critical IT positions.
Panelists will be taking questions and comments from the audience. Whether you are a hiring manager, a consultant, a recruiter or a technical resource in the job market, please join us for what will be a lively and informative discussion.
