Bio and abstract of Presenters
Katharine Eisenstodt, Northern Trust
Abstract: Discuss the process of establishing a data quality program and how to mature that process as time progresses.
Katharine works in data management at Northern Trust. Her focus at the bank has been data quality for large transformational projects, to help drive an improved end user experience. Prior to Northern Trust, Katharine worked as a consultant, for IBM, in the financial services sector.
Kristi Zuhlke is the CEO & Co-Founder of KnowledgeHound.
Abstract: Today companies invest millions of dollars in market research, fielding studies about their consumers, products, the market, and many other topics. They invest in the research yet have no way of curating the knowledge, resulting in wasted money, time and knowledge. In this session, we will talk about the waste that is happening with market research data, why this is happening, and a new-to-the-world technology that is on a mission to cure Corporate Amnesia. Be prepared to be entertained with some storytelling, video clips and a live demo. For six years, she worked at Procter & Gamble on billion dollar brands such as Always and Gillette. In 2011, she decided to take a leap of faith and start her own technology company. Now 4 years later, with one successful exit under her belt, she is working on her second business. She has raised $1.2 million in seed funding for KnowledgeHound and has grown the business from 2 people to 9 in the past 8 months with clients such as Pepsi, P&G, and Clorox.
