How to Deliver Modern Data Architecture with Agile Processes
Learn about an agile methodology that project delivery teams can follow to build modern data infrastructures (on-prem, hybrid, and multi-cloud) in sprints. With this approach, delivery teams can follow, initiate, and leverage data and integration design patterns while working to build an enterprise data and analytics platform. This approach also defines the teams and individual roles, along with expectations for working in a prioritized and governed manner to evolve the data platform in alignment with business priorities.
We will cover:
- Components of a project delivery plan for the data architecture roadmap with sprint delivery
- How to communicate effectively between platform architecture teams, business stakeholders, and analytics delivery teams
- The roles and responsibilities of the core team, platform team, and delivery team to enable project delivery, including the agile process the teams will follow (select, propose, adopt, and communicate)
- The strategic role of the self-service BICC to effectively engage business for customer success
