Many organizations are feeling the pressure to “do something” with AI—driven in large part by the rapid rise of generative AI. Although traditional AI techniques such as machine learning have been used in business for years, the emergence of generative AI has shifted the conversation and accelerated demand. Now, with the rise of agentic AI, AI systems capable of taking autonomous actions, the landscape is evolving once again. The pace of innovation is high, but the path forward isn’t always clear.
In this webinar, TDWI Research Fellow Donald Farmer will share findings from TDWI’s latest research on the state of AI adoption and maturity. In past research, fewer than half of respondents reported actively implementing AI solutions. However, with the consumerization of generative AI, that percentage has increased—and so have the challenges related to strategy, data readiness, governance, and organizational alignment.
Donald will be joined by experts from leading vendor organizations to discuss how organizations are building their AI strategies, the roles of traditional, generative, and agentic AI, and what’s needed to scale AI initiatives responsibly and effectively. As a special bonus, attendees will receive a brief snapshot report after the webinar, including TDWI research findings and insights raised during the expert panel discussion.
