    Abstract
Business Intelligence (BI) And Analytics are at the top of business and CIO agendas as companies increasingly compete on information in the global world of highly commoditized products and services. But why is it that only 12% of enterprise data is used for analysis and decision making? And why is it that more than half of any organization BI content is still residing in homegrown mostly spreadsheet based applications? The answer is in the disconnect between business and IT priorities, as well as outdated processes, architecture and technologies. In this keynote address by Forrester Research VP and Principal Analyst Boris Evelson you will learn:

        - What does Forrester mean by the age of the customer?

        - Why is business agility key to not just succeeding but even surviving in the age of the customer?

        - What can BI and analytics professionals do to close the information gap and the gap between business and IT in their organizations?

        - What are the key components of Agile BI?

        - What role does big data play in the new world of Agile BI?

    Abstract
It’s the time of year when analysts, consultants, vendors and industry pundits publish their predictions on the trends that they feel will have significant impact on the industry in the New Year. However, this talk will not try to predict the future but instead look at what’s important in the areas of people, process, and politic.
