This might include financial statements, billing invoices, healthcare patient records, or statements of benefits. Such data is often stored in a company’s enterprise content management (ECM) systems. Although ECM systems are helpful in storing and even classifying information, they often fall short in terms of extracting the data on the reports for analysis, which is key to obtaining value from the data.
