Steve Dalby is a leader in the MongoDB Industry Solutions team and is responsible for the development of a broad range of MongoDB-based solutions relating to industry-specific challenges. These challenges span a diverse range of sectors including manufacturing, automotive, retail, telco, media, and healthcare. Steve has a technical background, having previously worked for 10 years at a tier-1 investment bank before joining MongoDB in the Professional Services organization. Throughout his tenure at MongoDB, he has had hands-on experience with a broad range of customers and projects ranging from modernization of legacy systems to the design and build of new and innovative services.

Building on over a decade of experience in software and data consulting, Noam combined his extensive knowledge and skills to co-found Pecan in 2018. He also brings expertise in cybersecurity from his professional career and military service. Noam holds a Ph.D. in computational neuroscience, a master’s degree in cognitive psychology, and a bachelor's in economics and psychology, all from Tel Aviv University.

He has consulted for several Fortune 100 companies across various industries, such as life science, hi-tech, consumer products, and financial services. Paul also has a legal background in corporate law and business structures, and he is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida.
Paul holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of South Florida, an MBA from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College, and a law degree from Michigan State University’s College of Law.
