Empowering GTM Growth Through Data-as-a-Service on Modern Platforms

Webinar Speaker: Fern Halper, TDWI VP Research, Senior Research Director for Advanced Analytics

Date: Wednesday, September 27, 2023

Time: 9:00 a.m. PT / 12:00 p.m. ET

As organizations move forward with advanced analytics, powered by machine learning and AI, they enrich B2B customer data sets with comprehensive, accurate third-party reference data. These enriched data sets include company firmographic data such as industry, revenue, locations, and the structure of the company including its subsidiaries, as well as spending information. Contact demographic data includes addresses, contact information, employment history, and job titles. This data can lead to more accurate modeling, customer insights, and outcomes.

Issues often occur when organizations ingest and integrate this data into their analytics platforms. The data may be incorrectly formatted, lose its integrity while loading, or may not be fresh by the time processing is complete. Some cloud providers offer marketplaces with data sharing functionality, where organizations buy and sell information tightly integrated into their platforms. Some vendors offer B2B data-as-a-service delivered through these marketplaces without complicated ETL or expensive replication services. Data-as-a-service is incorporated into existing workflows on the platform to advance analytics modeling, innovate, and fuel the organization’s go-to-market (GTM) engine with a data foundation that is consistent, current, and high fidelity.

Join experts from Databricks and ZoomInfo on this TDWI webinar to learn more about data-as-a-service, data marketplaces, data sharing, and how cloud data lakehouses can support this paradigm. Topics include:

  • The importance of B2B data for analytics and other business functions
  • The rise of data services and data marketplaces to support the delivery of timely and valid data to your platform
  • How to ingest, synthesize, and analyze raw data directly in your existing lakehouse environment
  • Best practices for getting started
