Data warehousing incorporates data stores and conceptual, logical, and physical models to support business goals and end-user information needs. Increasingly, data warehouses need to be updated to handle today's new data types, data volumes, and analytics demands. In this section we focus on the issues surrounding building and supporting data warehouses for a successful BI program, including how enterprises can modernize them to maintain their relevance to today's analytics demands.
