Expert Panel: How to Succeed in Advancing Your Analytics Programs

Webinar Speaker: Fern Halper, TDWI VP Research, Senior Research Director for Advanced Analytics

Date: Tuesday, February 22, 2022

Time: 9:00 a.m. PT, 12:00 p.m. ET

TDWI research indicates that organizations are struggling to advance their analytics programs. There are numerous reasons for this which are both technical and organizational in nature. On the technical front, organizations are struggling with their data. Data is often siloed, it is not of high quality, and some organizations don’t have the right tools in place to access, understand, or prepare data. On the organizational front, culture and leadership are often issues, as well as the necessary talent to move forward. For instance, there is the need for greater training in data science and statistical modeling.

Attend this webinar to learn best practices for advancing your analytics program. Topics include:

  • Challenges organizations face when trying to advance their analytics programs
  • Organizational best practices for advancing analytics such as getting executives on board, building data literacy programs, and moving the needle on culture and change management
  • Technology best practices for advancing analytics including unified platform strategies, data sharing, and automation
