Driving Enterprise Analytics with the Modern Analytics Lifecycle

When companies have a strategy for enabling more workers with self-service and analytics, they undergo an exciting transformation that occurs as they realize more value from data. Companies that embrace this journey must support the right processes, techniques, and mindsets to enable people to find and use data, analyze and understand it, and act on those insights. These activities are essential goals within the Modern Analytics Lifecycle, and learning how to smoothly and efficiently progress through the lifecycle will unlock the data to drive enterprise analytics.

This session, based largely on Radiant Advisors’ research of companies that have made this transformation, provides guiding principles and recommendations to optimize the modern analytics lifecycle and drive analytics competency.

We will:

  • Discuss the progressive, iterative steps of the Modern Analytics lifecycle
  • Identify the purpose of each step and key activities within each step
  • Explore how the seven steps can be used to identify potential gaps in capabilities or tool functionality
  • Share tips and lessons learned from organizational journeys in creating an culture of analytics
