John Kowalczyk

  Dedicated data management specialist with a passion for ongoing learning and discovery, focused on leveraging innovative data management tools and policy in support of key business objectives. Offering 20 years of experience, with both technical and non-technical senior-level executives, identifying key issues and developing technological solutions for data governance concerns. Providing vision and guidance on implementing enterprise information systems and data standards to support core business processes, with high fidelity and fit-for-purpose/use data, through sound data management and governance techniques. 
Sarah Wechsberg

  -Providing understanding of Consumer Experience and CX metrics in order to help develop insights and identify opportunities to actualize BCBS-NC's organizational mission, vision and activate corporate strategy.
