With more than 25 years of experience consulting with clients, Evan leads classes and workshops offering practical, real-world experience to address challenges in a manner that utilizes existing skills, coupled with new methods to ensure IT and business success.

John Kowalczyk
Director - Enterprise Data Governance @ Metlife
Dedicated data management specialist with a passion for ongoing learning and discovery, focused on leveraging innovative data management tools and policy in support of key business objectives. Offering 20 years of experience, with both technical and non-technical senior-level executives, identifying key issues and developing technological solutions for data governance concerns. Providing vision and guidance on implementing enterprise information systems and data standards to support core business processes, with high fidelity and fit-for-purpose/use data, through sound data management and governance techniques.

Sarah Wechsberg
Sr Strategic Advisor - Consumer Experience @ Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NC 
-Providing understanding of Consumer Experience and CX metrics in order to help develop insights and identify opportunities to actualize BCBS-NC's organizational mission, vision and activate corporate strategy.
-Helping to develop and refine strategic focus for consumer experience.
-Helping to mature and drive the BCBS-NC enterprise wide Voice of Consumer program. Then taking these insights and advising any necessary internal changes that can lead to improving CX metrics.
