Expert Panel: Devise a Data Strategy with an Evolutive Architecture to Solve Tomorrow’s Problems Today

TDWI Speaker: David Loshin, President of Knowledge Integrity

Date: Thursday, August 26, 2021

Time: 9:00 a.m. PT, 12:00 p.m. ET

With cloud computing, organizations are now empowered to take full advantage of all their enterprise information assets. Modernized environments pave the way for embracing new strategies centered on data and analytics and transforming the way organizations do business.

Yet despite the availability of scalable high-performance computing, virtually unlimited storage, and a growing array of easy-to-use analytics services, it is still a highly complex task to architect and manage a hybrid compendium of cloud services or cloud-based systems—as well as on-premises applications and systems.

Drafting a data strategy and architecture to meet current and future needs will position organizations to embrace a technology stack supporting data-driven reinvention. This panel discussion explores a data strategy and architectural guidance around the technologies that motivate transformational changes for the future.

In addition to discussing their visions for the future, our panelists will help attendees understand the challenges and information risks that are emerging from broadening data democratization. TDWI affiliate analyst David Loshin will solicit perspectives from each of the panelists and moderate a question-and-answer session.

Attendees will learn about:

  • Opportunities and challenges of data democratization
  • The need for trustworthy data to drive accurate predictive and prescriptive models
  • Developing a strategy for modernized data architecture
  • Choosing your technology stack wisely
