Chris Adamson, CBIP

Data Warehouse Specialist and Founder,

Chris Adamson, CBIP is a data warehouse specialist and has been an active participant in the database and data warehousing industry for more than 15 years. An expert on star schema design, his customers have included Fortune 500 companies, large and small businesses, government agencies, and data warehousing software vendors. He has written two books on star schema data warehousing—Data Warehouse Design Solutions and Mastering Data Warehouse Aggregates. Both books are published by Wiley, with forward by Ralph Kimball.


Lynn Winterboer, CBIP

Lynn Winterboer is passionate about improving the way teams deliver value to stakeholders by applying Agile frameworks to DW/BI projects. She has participated in both Agile and Data Warehousing projects since the mid-90's, where she's held various roles, from Agile Analytics Coach to Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Developer, Tester, Project Manager, and Team Manager. Lynn understands the unique set of challenges faced by DW/BI teams who want to benefit from the incremental style of Agile development.

Aaron Fuller, Principal consultant of Superior Data Strategies, LLC, is an experienced enterprise architect, data architect, data modeler, business analyst, project manager, and Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP). Jonathan Geiger, CBIP

Patty emphasizes the importance of identifying and meeting user requirements, while mentoring the client’s staff during the project. She is a TDWI writer and best practices judge.

Richard specializes in working with organizations to establish or re-energize business intelligence programs. His depth of knowledge regarding technology and its impact on strategic decision making has made him a regular speaker at industry forums throughout North America. He has worked with organizations around the world, holding leadership positions in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. Ralph Hughes

Ralph Hughes, is a 30-year veteran of DW and BI projects for Fortune 500 companies such as Eli Lilly, Lockheed Martin, and AT&T. He is a certified scrum master (CSM) and PMI project management professional (PMP). His specialty is adapting standard software engineering practices to be more agile by switching to incremental and iterative development. Hughes works internationally, leading agile BI/DW projects in the aerospace, telecommunications, and pharmaceutical industries, and recently authored the book Agile Data Warehousing.


Deanne Larson, CBIP, D.M., PMP

With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Larson is an active practitioner and academic focusing on business intelligence and data warehousing. Dr. Larson completed her doctorate in management in information technology leadership. She holds project management professional (PMP) and certified business intelligence professional (CBIP) certifications. Dr. Larson attended AT&T Executive Training at Harvard Business School in 2001, focusing on IT leadership. She is a regular contributor to TDWI publications and presents several times at year at conferences. Dr. Larson is associate faculty at American Public University and University of Phoenix in the United States.

Nancy is a regular speaker at industry events and has authored and co-authored numerous publications in the fields of BI and business performance management, including the recently released book, The Profit Impact of Business Intelligence. Nancy earned her MBA at the Darden School, University of Virginia; her bachelor's degree is also from the University of Virginia.
