Weather and Dress

Dress for the conference is business casual. Las Vegas enjoys cool weather in February with daytime temperatures that typically average in the mid-50s and evenings in the 40s. Temperatures inside the meeting rooms can vary greatly, so please plan your attire accordingly.

Transportation from Harry Reid International Airport

Harry Reid International Airport (formerly known as McCarran International Airport) is 20 minutes from Planet Hollywood. Taxis or shared ride services such as Uber or Lyft are easily available.

From Las Vegas Blvd., turn onto E. Harmon. At the second light for Audrie St., turn left. The entrance to the parking garage will be on the left.

Where to Eat throughout the Week

Enjoy networking with your peers, instructors, vendors, and TDWI personnel at a host of lunches and receptions throughout the week.

• Breakfast

  A complimentary breakfast is available each morning prior to the start of courses or keynotes.

• Breaks

  During the morning and afternoon break each day, hot and cold beverages are available.

• Lunch

  On Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday complimentary luncheon is available for conference attendees. On Monday and Thursday, you are on your own to enjoy lunch at venues in and around Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.

• Evenings

  Evenings at the conference are filled with opportunities to enjoy food, beverages, and networking.

• Monday, 5:00–6:45 p.m. – Welcome Reception where you can enjoy complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres while networking with your peers.
• Tuesday, 5:00–7:00 p.m. – TDWI’s popular reception in the Exhibit hall is the perfect way to begin your evening–visit with the vendors, enjoy food and drink, and network with your peers.
