Brad’s 24-year career at Intel has provided him with multiple opportunities to develop his leadership skills. He has held a variety of global technical and business group roles, including leadership positions in software development, technical program management, business operations, and data and analytic teams. Throughout his career, Brad’s strengths in growing future leaders and building high performing organizations has been consistently recognized. He has a servant leadership mindset and a passion for creating environments where human potential is unlocked.
Brad is a certified as a Leadership Coach through the Hudson Institute of Coaching and certified in Talent Development Assessments from the Hogan Group, Birkman International, and Team Coaching International. Brad received his MBA and Master’s in Information Systems from the University of Arizona.
