The special rate for the conference is $289 plus 12.5% tax for single/double occupancy and $.75 CA tourism assessment. A limited number of rooms are reserved at this rate. To reserve a room you can use the link above or call 619-564-3333 and mention TDWI.

Rooms booked with TDWI include:

• Complimentary basic wireless in-room internet
• Waived optional destination charge.

All amenities offered in the waived destination charge will be available for purchase and include the following:

• $15 daily food and beverage credit to be used in Hotel outlets
• 1-hour bike or kayak rental

This discounted rate is available through July 25, 2025, or until the group rooms sell out, so do not delay. Prevailing rates will apply after July 25 or when the group rooms sell out, whichever occurs first. Rooms are subject to availability.

For added convenience, TDWI now offers the following hotel packages to add to your conference registration, when you register for the event by July 25, 2025. Please note the below rates do include a TDWI convenience fee.

Where to Eat throughout the Week

Enjoy networking with your peers, instructors, vendors, and TDWI personnel at a host of lunches and receptions throughout the week.

• Breakfast

  A complimentary breakfast is available each morning prior to the start of courses or keynotes.

• Breaks

  During the morning and afternoon break each day, hot and cold beverages are available.

• Lunch

  On Tuesday and Wednesday, complimentary luncheon is provided for conference attendees. On Monday, Thursday and Friday, you are on your own to enjoy lunch at venues in and around the Hilton San Diego Bayfront Hotel.

• Evenings

  Evenings at the conference are filled with opportunities to enjoy food, beverages, and networking.

• Monday, 5:00–6:45 p.m. – Welcome Reception where you can enjoy complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres while networking with your peers.
• Tuesday, 5:30–7:00 p.m. – TDWI’s popular reception in the Exhibit hall is the perfect way to begin your evening–visit with the vendors, enjoy food and drink, and network with your peers.
