Attending TDWI San Diego doesn’t have to be all business, there can be some fun mixed in—actually, we encourage it! Here are some fun activities and events scheduled for TDWI San Diego this August.

Welcome Reception
Monday, August 7
After a full day of learning, take the opportunity to unwind, socialize and connect with other attendees and speakers while enjoying some refreshments and snacks. Mingle with other attendees and sponsors and play an exciting game of Networking Bingo.
Networking Bingo – Grab a Networking Bingo sheet, and once you have three in a row (vertical, horizontal, or diagonal), sign your name on the card and drop it at the TDWI table to be entered to win a $50 AMEX gift card.
Bonus Drawing: Black Out Bingo – Fill in ALL the squares on your game sheet and TDWI will enter you into a separate drawing for a $100 AMEX gift card!

Exhibit Hall & Demo Theaters
Tuesday, August 8 and Wednesday, August 9
Bring your appetite on both Tuesday and Wednesday for our Exhibit Hall and Demo Theater. Enjoy a complimentary lunch while you explore the sponsor booths, learn more about their products and services, and watch their walkthroughs at the Demo Theater.
Demo Theaters – Get your badge scanned for each Demo Theater you attend to be entered to win a $100 gift card.
Exhibit Hall Sponsor Booth – Visit each sponsor booth to be entered to win prizes.

Exhibit Hall Reception
Tuesday, August 8, starting at 5 p.m.
Join us for after-hours drinks, snacks, and fun at the Exhibit Hall Reception on Tuesday evening. Mingle with other attendees, chat with sponsors, and play some fun games like Plinko!
Plinko – How to Play: Grab a playing card and collect stickers from participating sponsor booths, then bring the card up to the table next to the Plinko board.
You’ll then be entered to win the chance to play a round of Plinko. Prizes range from $5-$50!

TDWI's "After Hours" Complimentary Shuttle
TDWI will provide complimentary “after hours” shuttle transportation between the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and the following San Diego hotspots during the times below and will depart every 20 - 30 minutes. Hop on the shuttle after a busy day of learning and explore some of San Diego’s iconic neighborhoods and nightlife in Old Town and the downtown Gaslamp District.
- Monday, August 7 - Old Town San Diego
6:30 pm - 10:30 pm — Shuttles to and from the Sheraton San Diego Hotel to Old Town San Diego
- Wednesday, August 9 - San Diego Gaslamp District (Downtown)
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm — Shuttles to and from the Sheraton San Diego Hotel to San Diego’s downtown Gaslamp District
- Thursday, August 10 - San Diego Gaslamp District (Downtown)
