The special rate for the conference is $249 USD plus taxes and fees (15% room tax, 2% Anaheim Tourism fee, .60 CA Tourism fee, .09 Occupancy tax per night) for single/double occupancy. This discounted rate is available through August 28, 2026 or until the group rooms sell out, so do not delay. Prevailing rates may apply after August 28, 2026 or when the group rooms sell out, whichever occurs first. Rooms are subject to availability. Check in time is 4 p.m. and check out time is 11 a.m.

Getting to Anaheim

Anaheim is conveniently served by three regional airports, making it easy to reach from anywhere in the country or around the world.

John Wayne Airport (SNA) — Closest Option

Located in Santa Ana, SNA is approximately 15 miles from the conference venue — typically a 20–30 minute drive. It's a compact, easy-to-navigate airport with quick baggage claim and minimal wait times, making it the most stress-free arrival experience for attendees. Served by American, Delta, Southwest, United, Alaska, and others. Website: ocair.com

Long Beach Airport (LGB) — Quick & Easy

LGB sits approximately 25 miles from Anaheim, about 30–40 minutes by car. It's a small, traveler-friendly airport with an open-air design and some of the fastest baggage claim times in Southern California. A great alternative if you find better fares or connections here. Website: lgb.org

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) — Most Flights

LAX offers the broadest selection of airlines, nonstop routes, and international connections. It is located approximately 35 miles from Anaheim, roughly 45–60 minutes under light traffic, but can take significantly more time during peak hours. Multiple ground transportation options are available, including rideshares, shuttle services, and rental cars. Website: flylax.com

Ground Transportation

From any of the three airports, attendees can reach the venue via rideshare (Uber/Lyft), rental car (all major agencies are represented at each airport), shared shuttle services such as SuperShuttle and Prime Time operating between LAX and Anaheim, or bus and rail via OCTA routes connecting the region. Weather and Dress

Dress for the conference is business casual. September in Southern California brings warm, sunny days with temperatures typically ranging from the mid-70s to the low 90s Fahrenheit, so light, breathable clothing is the way to go. Plan on short sleeves, lightweight pants or skirts, and comfortable walking shoes for getting around. Mornings and evenings can cool down noticeably: Light jackets or cardigans will come in handy for after-hours events or air-conditioned conference rooms. Sun protection is a must: Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat are strongly recommended if you plan to spend any time outdoors.
