Driving value from our data assets and transformational investments in modern data and analytics ecosystems is the foundational objective of data monetization.
This session will equip leaders with the knowledge and framework necessary to effectively identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities for data monetization within their organizations. Participants will explore common patterns for data monetization, including how to incorporate insights and advanced AI capabilities, and repeatable processes to effectively drive forward value-oriented data initiatives.
Through collaborative activities and real-world examples, attendees will learn and practice how to assess the impact and feasibility for data monetization use cases to support informed backlog prioritization and decision making. Participants will discuss the challenges (and myths) associated with data monetization and gain practical insights into how to address these scenarios head on.
This workshop will also cover best practices for driving organizational alignment around data initiatives and core considerations for successful implementation of prioritized use cases, ultimately empowering leaders to drive innovation and net-new value through data-driven initiatives.
