Reservations

The special rate for the conference is $229.00 plus 1% OCCCD fee and 12.5% tax for single/double occupancy. A limited number of rooms are reserved at this rate. To reserve a room you can use the link above or by calling toll free 800-204-7234 and mention TDWI.

Rooms booked with TDWI include:

  • Complimentary use of the Health Club.
  • Complimentary in-room internet access.
  • Twenty percent (20%) discount on prevailing self-parking rates.

Work in federal government?  A very limited number of rooms are available at the federal government rate. Please note you have to show your government ID at check-in to get this rate. You can book your room using this link

This discounted rate is available through October 23, 2025 or until the group rooms sell out, so do not delay. Prevailing rates will apply after October 23,2025 or when the group rooms sell out, whichever occurs first. Rooms are subject to availability.

Transportation to/from Orlando International Airport

Taxi service from Orlando International Airport is available on level 1, which is the ground transportation level of terminal A and B. For Terminal C it is level 6. For more information check here. For additional information on all Ride Share companies check here.

Weather and Dress

Dress for the conference is business casual. Orlando enjoys warm weather in November with daytime temperatures that typically average 77 degrees Fahrenheit and evenings that average in the low 60s. Temperatures inside the meeting rooms can vary greatly, so please plan your attire accordingly.

Daily Parking fees at Rosen Centre Hotel:

  • Valet parking $40 +tax

Where to Eat throughout the Week

Enjoy networking with your peers, instructors, vendors, and TDWI personnel at a host of lunches and receptions throughout the week.

  • Breakfast

    A complimentary breakfast is available each morning prior to the start of courses or keynotes.

  • Breaks

    During the morning and afternoon break each day, hot and cold beverages are available.

  • Lunch

    On Tuesday and Wednesday, a complimentary luncheon is provided for conference attendees. On Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday, you are on your own to enjoy lunch at venues in and around the Rosen Centre Hotel.

  • Evenings

    Evenings at the conference are filled with opportunities to enjoy food, beverages, and networking.

  • Monday, 5:00–6:45 p.m. – Welcome Reception where you can enjoy complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres while networking with your peers.
  • Tuesday, 5:30–7:00 p.m. – TDWI’s popular reception in the Exhibit hall is the perfect way to begin your evening–visit with the vendors, enjoy food and drink, and network with your peers.
