The special rate for the conference is $219.00 plus 12.5% tax for single/double occupancy and 1% OCCCD fee. A limited number of rooms are reserved at this rate. To reserve a room you can use the link above or by calling toll free 800-204-7234.

Rooms booked with TDWI include:

• Complimentary in-room internet access
• Twenty percent (20%) discount on prevailing self-parking rates.

Work in federal government? A very limited number of rooms are available at the federal government rate. Please note you will have to show your government ID at check-in to get this rate. You can book your room here.

This discounted rate is available through September 27, 2024, or until the group rooms sell out, so do not delay. Prevailing rates may apply after September 27 or when the group rooms sell out, whichever occurs first. Rooms are subject to availability.

For added convenience, TDWI now offers the following hotel packages to add to your conference registration, which you can add when you register for the event by September 27, 2024. Please note the below rates do include a TDWI convenience fee.

Weather and Dress

Dress for the conference is business casual. Orlando enjoys warm weather in October with daytime temperatures that typically average 84 degrees Fahrenheit and evening that average in the low 70s. Temperatures inside the meeting rooms can vary greatly, so please plan your attire accordingly.

Transportation from Orlando International Airport

Taxi service from Orlando International Airport is available on level 1, which is the ground transportation level of terminal A and B.

For Uber and Lyft look for the “Ride App Pickup” signs on level 2 which is baggage claim in Terminal A and B.

Where to Eat throughout the Week

Enjoy networking with your peers, instructors, vendors, and TDWI personnel at a host of lunches and receptions throughout the week.

• Breakfast

  A complimentary breakfast will be provided each morning prior to the start of courses or keynotes.

• Breaks

  During the morning and afternoon break each day, hot and cold beverages will be served.

• Lunch

  On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, complimentary luncheon is provided for conference attendees. On Sunday, Thursday, and Friday, you are on your own to enjoy lunch at venues in and around the Rosen Centre Hotel.

• Evenings

  Evenings at the conference are filled with opportunities to enjoy food, beverages, and networking.

• Monday, 5:00–6:45 p.m. – Welcome Reception where you can enjoy complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres while networking with your peers.
• Tuesday, 5:00–7:00 p.m. – TDWI’s popular reception in the Exhibit Hall is the perfect way to begin your evening—visit with the vendors, enjoy food and drink, and network with your peers.
