James Lin is the Head of AI/ML Innovation at Experian where he is working on bringing Generative AI research to production. Previously James helped to pioneer Experian's predictive ML migration to the cloud as well as one of the ML Ops solutions within the company. In some past lifetimes, James helped to launch the first commercial Voice over IP product in the US and holds over 10 patents in a diverse set of fields from software to semiconductor. James holds both a Masters in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration.
