The special rate for the conference is $289 plus 12.5% tax for single/double occupancy and $.75 CA tourism assessment. A limited number of rooms are reserved at this rate. To reserve a room you can use the link above or call 619-564-3333 and mention TDWI.

Rooms booked with TDWI/AI Accelerate 2025 include:

  A complimentary breakfast is available each morning prior to the start of courses or keynotes.

  During the morning and afternoon break each day, hot and cold beverages are available.

• Lunch

  On Wednesday, complimentary luncheon is provided for conference attendees. On Thursday, you are on your own to enjoy lunch at venues in and around the Hilton San Diego Bayfront Hotel.

• Evenings

  Evenings at the conference are filled with opportunities to enjoy food, beverages, and networking, including a pre-conference bonus reception Tuesday evening and AI Accelerate's welcome reception on Wednesday evening.

• Tuesday, 5:15 p.m.: Your two-day registration includes access to this bonus event on Tuesday evening: TDWI’s Exhibit Hall reception -- visit with the vendors, enjoy food and drink, and network with speakers and attendees from both TDWI Transform and AI Accelerate 2025
