Clay leads cross-functional teams across data standardization, predictive and prescriptive analytics, and business intelligence, ensuring that enterprise data strategies align with business goals. He deeply undertands the connection between AI and data for business success, and champions the adoption of AI and machine learning to maximize value.

Clay holds a B.S. of Biological Engineering, an M.S. of Information Systems and is passionate about mentoring the next generation. Outside of work, he is an advocate for ethical data practices and frequently speaks on the evolving roles of data and AI in business transformation.
