How It Works
During checkout, you will upload a photo ID for verification at seminar attendance, and select the first three courses you would like to enroll in. To attend additional courses, you will simply coordinate with the TDWI Registration team via email to be added to the roster.
Don’t know what you want to attend just yet? Simply purchase the pass and coordinate with Registration later.
FAQ's
- Can I purchase this for my team?
- Yes, of course! You will have the option to add additional Season Passes to your order to add people individually. You may also contact Yvonne Baho at ybaho@tdwi.org for team enrollment and invoicing.
- Can I change my course selections later?
- Yes, we understand that plans can change. Any changes would need to be submitted at least 1 week prior to the course start date by emailing registration@tdwi.org.
- Can I transfer my pass to a colleague?
- No, the pass is only eligible to be used by the person who enrolls.You will be required to upload a picture of your photo ID for verification at all seminars you attend and webcams are required for each person.
- Is the CBIP Bootcamp included?
- No, unfortunately, that is the only seminar not included in the pass as it includes remote proctored testing and certification.
- What happens if I No Show for a course I’m enrolled in?
- Although we understand that plans can change, courses do include course books and teacher preparation. Many seminar courses are offered more than once in the year, so we highly encourage communicating with our team to change to a later date, if possible. We will forgive one no-show per student, but repeated no-shows will result in removal from the program.
- What if I already enrolled in a seminar?
- Anyone currently enrolled in a TDWI seminar for 2021 can opt-in to the Seminar Season Pass by paying the difference (if any) from their current registration. We will reach out to all who are currently registered for seminars, but you may also contact TDWI Registration at registration@tdwi.org for assistance.
- Do TDWI Members get an additional discount?
- No, the 2021 TDWI Seminar Season Pass is one flat rate. TDWI Members may use their training discounts on individual seminars, online learning, and team training booked outside of the Pass.
