This session will include a moderated Q&A featuring questions from the live audience.
Most organizations approach agentic AI as another technology implementation: build the business case, train employees, deploy the use cases, and measure adoption. Those activities remain important, but they are no longer sufficient.
Agentic AI does not simply automate work. It changes the environment in which work occurs. As AI becomes embedded in everyday operations, it influences how decisions are made, how people adapt, where authority resides, and how organizations create and measure value. Leaders must think beyond implementation and begin designing organizations that can operate effectively in an AI-enabled environment.
In this session. Leigh Felton introduces a practical framework for understanding what agentic AI changes, how those changes affect leadership and governance, and what organizations should consider as they redesign workflows, accountability, and decision-making for the next generation of enterprise AI.
