Artificial intelligence has the potential to fundamentally improve how public sector organizations deliver services, make decisions, and manage operations—yet many agencies struggle to move beyond pilot projects due to legacy systems, data quality issues, governance gaps, security concerns, and organizational readiness.
Drawing on her experience in the public sector and with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, Catherine Ganduri presents a practical framework for implementing responsible AI in government and other highly regulated environments, illustrating key concepts with examples from public sector initiatives.
