He specializes in working with teams to establish or re-energize analytics programs and has held senior leadership roles within industry and consulting organizations. Richard is also active in the academic community where he has held data and AI advisory board roles with MIT and McGill University, and has led curriculum development and lectured across Europe, North America, Asia, and Africa.
