Caitlynn spent several years at SAP SuccessFactors on the HR research team where she conducted large scale research programs on strategic HR topics and the future of work. Now, Caitlynn serves as a product innovation scientist on the SAP SuccessFactors product strategy team where she leverages her expertise in I/O psychology and HR research to inform product strategy and roadmap.
