With the emergence of several innovative tools in the area of information delivery and analytics, it would seem that most businesses should already have used all the bells and whistles available in these tools to significantly level up their insight generation capabilities. However, many companies still struggle with user adoption of these tools, and most do not reach the benefits they expect within their desired timeline.

This presentation will focus on the key factors that successfully drove tool adoption in a recent use case that delivered a visualization tool in our organization. We will discuss the journey we undertook—from our strategic approach through implementation and change management—and share the lessons the organization learned along the way.
