I will relate the business value of a number of strategic analytical projects related to Multi-channel Customer behavioral analysis in retail banking supported by a variety of analytical operations including: entity resolution via text matching, social network analysis and behavioral customer segmentation using Hidden Markov Models. The focus of the talk will be on the value created by the analysis and I will introduce the context of the business problem, the analytical solution selected to address the problem (at a high-level) and the lessons learned along the way.
