Leigh Felton is president of the AI for Job Security Foundation and former head of Microsoft’s Responsible AI Enablement program. In that position, she operationalized responsible AI standards and ambassador model across engineering, compliance, and executive leadership at global scale. She has held senior leadership roles at Mozilla Corporation, the State of Washington, and LifeLong Medical Care, helping to scale operational AI and business excellence in heavily regulated industries. She is the creator of the Co-Adaptive Anthropotechnical Environment framework. She holds an MBA in Business Communications and doctoral research in AI Governance and Workforce-Centered Impact.
