TH4 A Framework for Building a Scalable Analytics ProgramNEW!

August 22, 2019

9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Duration: Full Day Course

Prerequisite: None

This session will provide an overview of a seven-phase framework for running analytics as a strategic, team-driven program. From organizational culture and resource assessment to opportunity identification, team management, project prioritization, planning, deployment, and performance monitoring, participants will learn program-level design that leads to stakeholder appreciation, model adoption, and ongoing benefit.

Shifting from ad-hoc model building to a goal-oriented, analytics-driven function does not need to be disruptive. Organizations that invest the time and effort to develop a scalable practice will emerge with unfair advantage to break away with value-focused analytics.

What You Will Learn

  • How analytics can be organized as a managed program and reliable asset
  • Roles of a fully formed analytics team and required socialization
  • Opportunity identification for low-risk / high-impact projects
  • Strategic and tactical qualifiers to filter out doomed projects before they start
  • Culture and mindset preparation, which are no less impactful than data preparation
  • How to resolve the "void of dysfunction" between leadership and practitioners
  • A framework to run analytics as a federated, scalable, value-focused practice

Geared To

  • Organizational leaders and executives, program directors, project managers, analytics project leaders, technology planners, strategic consultants
