For Hotel Accommodations
If you booked a hotel already, great! Your info will be in the confirmation email.

Transfers, Cancellation and Refunds
You may substitute another person in your place by written request to [email protected] before October 23, 2025. If you must cancel, your refund request must be sent via email no later than October 23, 2025. Your fee will be returned, less a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds or credits will be issued after October 23, 2025. Cancellations of travel reservations and hotel reservations made directly with a hotel are the responsibility of the attendee.
Hotel Cancellation
If you are unable to attend for any reason, you are responsible for canceling your own room reservations directly with the hotel at least 72 hours in advance of check-in, or you will be subject to penalties and fees by the hotel.
Special Requirements
If you foresee any special requirements while attending TDWI Las Vegas (dietary, access, or otherwise), please contact the conference registrar at [email protected] at least one month in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.
