The special rate for the conference is $255.00 plus 15.25% tax and $2.50 city tax for single/double occupancy. A very limited number of rooms are reserved at this rate. To reserve a room you can use the link above or call 615-255-8400 or Toll Free 877-901-6632 and mention TDWI.

Work in federal government? A very limited number of rooms are available at the prevailing government rate at the time of check-in. Please note you will have to show your government ID at check-in to get this rate. You can book your room by calling 615-255-8400. Rooms are subject to availability.

This discounted rate is available through April 14, 2023, or until the group rooms are sold out, so don't delay. Prevailing rates may apply after this date or when the group rooms are sold out, whichever occurs first. Rooms are subject to availability.

For added convenience, TDWI now offers the following hotel packages to add to your conference registration, which can be added when you register for the event by April 14, 2023. Please note the below rates do include a TDWI convenience fee.

Weather and Dress

Dress for the conference is business casual. Nashville enjoys spring weather in May with daytime temperatures that typically average 78 degrees Fahrenheit and evenings that average in the mid-60s. Temperatures inside the meeting rooms can vary greatly, so please plan your attire accordingly.

Where to Eat throughout the Week

Enjoy networking with your peers, instructors, vendors, and TDWI personnel at a host of lunches and receptions throughout the week.

  • Breakfast

    A complimentary breakfast will be provided each morning prior to the start of courses or keynotes.

  • Breaks

    During the morning and afternoon break each day, hot and cold beverages will be served.

  • Lunch

    On Tuesday and Wednesday, complimentary luncheon is provided for conference attendees. On Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday, you are on your own to enjoy lunch at venues in and around the Renaissance Nashville Hotel.

Evenings at the conference are filled with opportunities to enjoy food, beverages, and networking.

  • Monday, 5:15—6:45 p.m. Welcome Reception where you can enjoy complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres while networking with your peers.
  • Tuesday, 5:00—7:00 p.m. TDWI’s popular reception in the Exhibit Hall is the perfect way to begin your evening—visit with the vendors, enjoy food and drink, and network with your peers.
