Reservations

TDWI has reserved a block of rooms for conference attendees at the Hilton Chicago.

TDWI has reserved a limited number of rooms at the early bird rate of $259.00 plus 17.4% tax for single/double occupancy. This discounted rate is available through Friday, April 15, 2022.

For added convenience, TDWI now offers the following hotel packages, which can be added to your conference registration, when you register by Friday, April 15, 2022. Please note the below rates do include a TDWI convenience fee.

Weather and Dress

Dress for the conference is business casual. Chicago enjoys cool weather in May with daytime temperatures that typically average 65 degrees Fahrenheit and evenings that average in the high 40s. Temperatures inside the meeting rooms can vary greatly, so please plan your attire accordingly.

Convenient Shipping

You can ship your packages via the FedEx Business Center on the lobby level of the Hilton Hotel. If using a carrier other than FedEx, please coordinate in advance with a FedEx team member. Shipping cost depends on weight, size, destination, and the service used. Additional handling fees apply for all packages. Boxes are available free of charge at TDWI’s registration desk while supplies last.

Where to Eat throughout the Week

Enjoy networking with your peers, instructors, vendors, and TDWI personnel at a host of lunches and receptions throughout the week.

• Breakfast

  A complimentary breakfast will be provided each morning prior to the start of courses or keynotes.

• Breaks

  During the morning and afternoon break each day, hot and cold beverages will be served.

• Lunch

  On Tuesday and Wednesday, complimentary luncheon is provided for conference attendees. On Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday, you are on your own to enjoy lunch at venues in and around the Hilton Chicago.

• Evenings

  Evenings at the conference are filled with opportunities to enjoy food, beverages, and networking.

• Monday, 5:30–7:00 p.m. Welcome Reception where you can network with your peers and vendors.
• Tuesday, 5:00–7:00 p.m. TDWI’s popular reception in the Exhibit Hall is the perfect way to begin your evening—visit the vendors, enjoy food and drink, and network with your peers.
