73% of organizations claim that AI will transform their organization within the next 3 years, but many still face significant barriers around governance models, legal and ethical concerns, and “human” concerns. Employees also report that their organizations provide insufficient guidance on how to appropriately leverage AI in their work. To better understand these challenges, SAP SuccessFactors conducted a global research study of more than 50 organizations and over 1,000 employees. This session will present key results from this research on the current state of AI in organizations today as well as best practices to fully maximize the value of AI for organizations.
