What benefits do I receive as a TDWI Premium Member?
TDWI supports, develops, and distributes a wide range of print and online resources to keep our Premium Members up to date on new techniques, technologies, and issues in business intelligence and data warehousing. As a TDWI Premium Member, you will receive a comprehensive selection of industry research, news, and information on a quarterly basis. You will also have direct access to all of TDWI’s current and archived research and publications in password-protected areas of tdwi.org. Additionally, as a Premium Member, you can attend TDWI World Conferences and Seminars at a significantly discounted rate. How will I receive my TDWI Premium Member benefit publications?
TDWI provides Premium Member publications primarily as electronic documents for download. You will receive e-mail notifications when new Premium Member publications and research are available on tdwi.org. You may also request printed copies of Premium Member publications by visiting the TDWI User Account Portal.

Do members have a way to connect with other Premium Members?

How long is my Premium Membership active?
TDWI Premium Membership is active for 12 months from the date of registration.

What is the cost of Premium Membership?
TDWI Premium Membership costs $275 per year. There is a special renewal rate available when you renew within 30 days of your expiration date. (International Premium Members who request hard copies of their research and publications pay a $50 surcharge.)

If someone in my company is a Premium Member, am I automatically a Premium Member too?
No, individual Premium Memberships cannot be shared or used company wide.

If my company has a Team Premium Membership, am I a Premium Member?
Not necessarily. There are various levels of Team Premium Membership, and you would have received notification that you had been enrolled as a TDWI Premium Member. Please contact membership@tdwi.org to find out if you are a Premium Member.

Do you have any discounts for individuals working in government or education?
No, at this time we do not offer Premium Membership discounts for government employees or professionals working in education.

If I attended a conference, do I automatically receive a TDWI Premium Membership?
Individuals who attend a TDWI World Conference for three or more days are eligible to receive a TDWI Premium Membership as part of their conference package. If you opt out of receiving this Premium Membership, we will not enroll you in our Premium Membership program.

If I attend a conference, does this automatically renew my Premium Membership?
No, attending a conference does not automatically renew or update your TDWI Premium Membership. If you wish to renew your Premium Membership, please indicate that when you register.

If I am leaving my job, can I transfer my Premium Membership to someone else in my company?
Yes. You can transfer your Premium Membership to anyone else within your company by e-mailing the changes to membership@tdwi.org.

Is there a minimum number of people required to start a Team Premium Membership?
You can start a Team Premium Membership with two or more people.

Do I need to send the entire list of names to be added to my Team Premium Membership all at once?
No, you can add people to your Team Premium Membership as needed, up to the number included within your Premium Membership level.

Do I need to send an enrollment form for each person who will be part of the Team Premium Membership?
Yes, it is important for us to have all the information for each person who will be included in the Team Premium Membership. If you are renewing a Team Premium Membership, please use the TDWI Team Premium Membership enrollment form (in Microsoft Excel) to gather and submit contact information for each member.

Can I start a Department Level Team Premium Membership now (up to 10 members), and if I need to add more people later, can I upgrade to the next level?
Yes, you may upgrade the Team Premium Membership at any time during the year. We will prorate the upgrade amount for the remainder of your original Team Premium Membership period.

If we have one or more current individual Premium Member(s) within our organization, can they be rolled into a Team Premium Membership?
Yes, you can roll each current individual Premium Member into the Team Premium Membership. To find out who within your company has individual Premium Memberships, and how to add them to your Team Premium Membership, please contact the membership department at 425.226.3053 or membership@tdwi.org.

What do I need to get started on a Team Premium Membership?
Simply download the forms below, fill them out completely, and fax them back to 773.829.8330. The faxes will go directly to our membership department and will be processed upon receipt.

How do we decide who will be the Team Administrator?
The Team Administrator will be the individual that TDWI contacts each year for renewal of the Team Premium Membership, and he or she will act as the main contact for questions. The Team Administrator is not required to be a part of the Team Premium Membership.

If someone leaves the company or department who is on the Team Premium Membership, can we switch their Premium Membership to someone else?
Yes, but only three times per year. This is limited to people who leave the company or department.
