CBIP Application
Completing and submitting the CBIP application is required prior to testing. We do not process the application, however, until after you have completed at least one exam. Becoming CBIP certified is entirely dependent on the scores you receive on each of three exams.

Instructions for submitting the application
Please follow these instructions to complete the application:
- Download the Zipped folder of the Excel worksheet and save it on your computer.
- Unzip the folder to access the Excel worksheet.
- Open the worksheet and complete all required entries.
- Save the worksheet, replacing "YourName" in the file name with your first and last names.
- Email the completed application form to Jill Brunette at jbrunette@tdwi.org.
