When are TDWI's conferences held?
Conferences are held 4–5 times a year, usually in February, May, August, and November. Locations and themes vary and are determined from year to year. To view the current schedule, click here.

How much does it cost to attend a TDWI Conference?
Pricing varies depending on the number of days you choose to attend, when you register, and whether you are a TDWI Premium Member. Please see the conference registration and pricing page for more details.

Are there discounts available on registrations?
Early registration discounts are usually available until approximately four weeks prior to the event.
When three or more people from a single company or government agency register at the same time, the entire team receives a 10%discount.

What is TDWI's conference registration cancellation policy?
If you must cancel, your refund request must be in writing and postmarked no later than the end of regular registration, approximately two weeks before the start of the conference. Your registration fee will be returned, less a 20 percent cancellation fee. Direct your letter to the TDWI Conference office. No refunds or credits will be issued after the end of registration date.

Can I transfer my registration to another person?
You may substitute another person in your place at any time by calling the conference office before the end of regular registration, approximately two weeks before the start of the conference.

What is the TDWI Seminar Series?
The TDWI Seminar Series is a cost-effective way to get the data warehousing and business intelligence training you and your team need in an intimate setting. TDWI Seminars provide you with interactive, full-day training with the most experienced instructors in the industry. To help decrease the impact on your travel budgets, seminars are offered at several locations throughout the U.S.

What is TDWI's Seminar Series cancellation policy?

TDWI provides a light continental breakfast and breaks daily. Lunch is on your own.

How early should I arrive?
Registration will take place from 8 a.m. until 9 a.m. on the first morning of your class. Subsequent days do not require your arriving earlier than the scheduled start time.

What should I wear?
Attire is business casual.

Will TDWI validate my parking?
Parking is the responsibility of the individual attending the seminar.

Is lodging included in the seminar fee?
Participants are responsible for paying their own lodging expenses directly to the relevant hotel.

What if I need to make hotel accommodations?
Each training facility has information on nearby hotels, including phone numbers, to allow you to contact the hotel directly for accommodations.

TDWI's Best Practices Awards program identifies and recognize companies that are using data warehousing and business intelligence in new and innovative ways. Application due dates are generally available online in December/January for the upcoming year. The applications are usually due in April, and the winners are announced in August. These dates are subject to change.
